 Mad Scientist Control Panel

Gathering the piecesparts for the Control Panel. Cardboard Boxes and Bottle Caps, Paint and Craft Foam.

Still need to tweak it some ... when it's done, the bottles will have sparkly lights running between them, and they — and the syringe — will glow under the black light I'll set up.
